Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, email address and message. We use these to respond and manage correspondence. Sending a message does not subscribe you to our newsletter. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Kit handles newsletter signups. We use your email address to confirm your subscription and send the occasional stories, photographs and ideas you requested. Kit processes subscription and engagement information, including email opens and link clicks. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.

Website and cookies

Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and referring pages. Analytics and activity logging are enabled. Our cookie banner lets you accept, decline or manage non-essential cookies. Squarespace is configured to restrict its non-essential cookies until you consent. Revisit your choices through Cookie Preferences on the site. You can also manage cookies in your browser. Essential functions and third-party services may process information separately under their own privacy notices. Blocking cookies may affect some features.

Service providers

We use Squarespace for hosting and contact forms, Kit for newsletters, Microsoft 365 for business email, and Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent contact-form spam. These providers process information to operate their services. Information may be processed outside your country. See the privacy notices for Squarespace, Kit, Microsoft and Google.

Retention and your choices

We retain correspondence and subscription records as needed to respond, provide requested communications, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, email hello@walktheradius.com. We consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Unsubscribing stops newsletters; limited records may remain to honor that choice.

Other websites and updates

External links, including our Kit signup page, lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information. We may revise this notice as our services change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
